How old were you in 1950? Were you even born? I wasn't but the music seemed pretty decent back then.

From this Friday 6pm-8pm BST (1pm-3pm EST) just after the new No 1 of the modern day is announced in the UK, I'll be on air with the retro UK chart countdown that's so old it predates the official chart. (sheet music ones were about thankfully.) So come and take a trip down history lane starting when rock and roll hadn't been invented yet (although this is a point of discussion that will no doubt crop up in the show) with me, featuring the chart countdown and some random historical rambles about some of the stars of the 1950s...
